We have updated the Doomsday Tyranny technical support system. The official bot remains the same - @DoomsdayTyranny_support_bot, but its internal logic has been rebuilt.

The ticket structure, responses, and processing routes are now clearer. This should speed up request handling and make support operations more stable.

⚠️ All requests received before the support protocol update have been processed by the system. Issues were checked, available fixes were applied, and responses were sent.

If your question is still relevant or your issue has not been resolved, please submit a new request through the official bot. This will help restore the data chain faster and process your request correctly.

Doomsday Tyranny has only one official technical support bot.

Administrators and moderators do not contact players via direct messages regarding technical issues. If someone reaches out to you directly on behalf of support, treat it as a reason to be cautious.

For all support-related questions, use only the official bot. This helps prevent fraud and speeds up ticket processing.
